i too think the answer is 142 mole...........
1 mole of potassium dichromate contains 2 moles of potassium, 2 moles of chromium and 7 moles of oxygen(mono)........
no of electrons in 1 mole of potassium=19 mole
so, no.of electrons in 2 mole=38 mole
similarly, one mole of chromium has 24 moles of electrons
so in two moles we have=48 moles
now, in the same manner, we find the number of electrons in 7 mole oxygen,..........we get 56 moles...........
Total=38+48+56=142 moles...................
