ankur is right, last year it had its grand opening and till now its in NSIT campus.library.
The chairperson, Pankaj sir is himself a great person an ex-IItian and knows well how students should be given study environment and he himself have personal contacts over many places and its only one man show till now, but as it got its approval last year it came up with big thinking.I guess its a better option. if ur selected in tht single batch think how narrowly the classification of students is done, so students are good in any way, chairperson is himself ready to teach, it gives a good link up too.
in short when students and teacher is good then the outcome is definitly good.
