Dr G.V. Joshi, Professor of Economics at Justice K.S. Hegde Institute, Nitte, has been re-nominated as the member of the Karnataka Planning Board.

A press release said the Planning Board was reconstituted after Mr D.V. Sadananda Gowda took over as the Chief Minister of Karnataka. Dr Joshi is a visiting professor at Makerere University Business School in Uganda.
