CCl4 is an example of what you have asked for C - Cl have Electronegitivity difference so that is a polar covalent bond but as a molecule it is nonpolar because it is exactly terahydral in shape and symetrical.Hence all polarity is cancelled.

CCl4 & BF3 are the 2 molecules with polar covalent bond..but they are non-polar,

CCl4 has polar C - Cl bond but due to its tetrahedral structure its dipole moment get cancelled..

similarly in BF3 the dipole moment get cancelled due to its planar structure.
