If you had been an average student in you degree course, then you will have to study harder than others. You must identify the lacunae in your studies earlier and start working hard in an intelligent fashion. Dont waste too much time in theory, but make sure your concepts are clear before you move on to numericals. Devote as much time as possible to problem solving, because that will solidify the concepts in your mind.
