which book i can use for upsc in civil engineering.

there are no standard books, best thing will be take out all the books that you have studied for your engineering, study the UPSC syllabus for Civil Engineering thoroughly, and decide yourself if you have all the books as per the syllabus. I am sure you already have all the books required
