Hi,

my name is fatima and i am from delhi, i have given entrance exams this year. i am expecting a rank of 30,000-40,000 in AIEEE....i m greatly intrested in physics(specialy mechanicas) so want to take either mechanical or aerospace....

i have few questions plz give some useful suggestions i humbly request to all of you....

Q- can i get in mechanical in any NIT or some other good institute through AIEEE rank? what is the difference b/w aerospace engg and aeronautical engg? i have come to know that many pvt institutes also take admission through AIEEE rank but i did"t knew this so did"t filled the form of any such institute.......plz tell me name of institutes where i can apply now?i have come to knw abt rachna international university, amity univ, kurushetra university how they are?

AEROSPACE IS BRANCH WHICH IS RELATED TO SPACE TECHNOLOGIES AND SCIENCE BEYOND EARTH ENVIORMENT....WHILE AIRONAUTICAL IS BRANCH CONCERNED WITH AIRWAYS I MEAN IN ATMOSPHERE..

and i m physicaly strong ....so not any such prob...

i knw i need to be strong for mechanical and few girls take this branch.........i know amity univ is good but it is expensive so is my last option plz give reply .......i have heard abt many pvt univ like sharda group of institution, shri ram institute of technology...etc but don"t know anything abt them just come to know abt them via google plzzzz tell abt such institutes.......

i have written in my first post that i did"t knew abt any pvt institute like VIT or SRM so did"t filled their form although i have BITSAT but that wouid be not easy........

u said u have not heard of these institutes.................i have also not heard abt them and they are very less popular but does it mean that they are bad? i had read in a newspaper around2 months ago that there is a college in Gaziabad whoes student have devloped a flying robote...........and even indian army is using them now.........i forget the name of college but i think if the name of a college is not so popular lyk amity even then it can be good although i know there are many fake and bad institutions also abt which i don"t know nd that"s y i have come here..........

i m still waiting for help.................plz guide if some 1 know....

thanx ajay i need such posts although i can"t apply here coz the state where this univ is situated is too far from my home and i have no relaives there but i need such other links plzzzzzz.........

i also want to knw abt Rachna international university how it is? i have applied for amity university also but that is some expensive and will cost around 3lakh per year for which i will require to take loan........i taiked to a counseller on rachna university"s helpline and he told me that u can get admission here within rank of 1lakh to 1.5lakh but i m expecting a rank of 30k so i think i can get in a more better college...............

 HI, your questions are very intersting. first of all i tell you that aerospace and aeronautical eng. are very diff to each other aerospace is related to space and nasa programme and aeronautical eng. is related to aeroplanes designing and making Morever i am also intersted in aeronautical eng. you are from delhi it is very good to you I think you will prepare for your DCE. it is realy a very good colledge. i also want to get  admission in DCE but my  eee rank is not so good .now i wish to you for your dce exam. reply soon
