I am a Mechanical Engineer. I am working in USA. I am preparing for IAS 2010. I would like to know which institute offers better postal coaching?And If I have material of an institute as well as reference material, how much time I should devote to the respective books?

brilliants offers good material. you need to give them a read and make notes so that you don't need to go back to the books and reference material.
