if its divisible by 25, the last two digits must be 25 OR 50 or 75 or 00 (excluded because repetition is not allowed)

 Now for 2 digit nos. there exist only 3

For 3 digit numbers, there exist 2*7 + 8 = 22 numbers

For 4- digit numbers:

Case I last two digits are either 25 or 75.

then total nos are 7*7*2 = 98

Case II last two digits are 50

then total nos are 8*7 = 56

So, total nos = 98+56+22+3 = 179
