Engg physics course wont fetch U fat pay cheques(atleast not after only BE). Its not that professional course. If U R interested in Physics+research in future(like MS/PhD), go for IITD.
If U want fat pay cheques, good BE branch and an assured safe future, go for BITS-Pilani CSE.
Although the scope for research(MS/PhD) is almost same in BITS-Pilani too. Both the colleges are reputed both in India as well as abroad. So it now depends on ur field interest. If U R interested in comps, then BITS-Pilani. If U want to do research in physics, then IITD.
All the best for whatever decision U take. :)

I agree with crazynishant.
The same thing i wanted to convey in my previous post. If U R intersted in research, go for IITD. If not, then BITS.
P.S.- IIT brandname is LESS important than ur life. Bhai, career ka sawaal hai. Apna interest dekho, phir choose karo.
